1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Digitlify subscription at any time through your portal account settings or by contacting us at billing@digitlify.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
2. Refund Eligibility
Digitlify offers refunds under the following conditions:
Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only. Note: this is a refund window, not a free trial — your plan is fully active during the 14 days.
Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
Service-level credits: SLA credits (where applicable) are governed by the SLA addendum to your Master Services Agreement. See /sla to request the addendum.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits already consumed — plan credits, topup pack credits, or overage — are non-refundable once spent on AI actions.
- Partial months of service after the 14-day initial refund window.
- Topup packs purchased more than 14 days ago (topup packs are priced for convenience, not commitment, and are non-refundable once outside the initial window).
- Custom Enterprise agreements, which are governed by their own negotiated terms.
- Third-party purchases made through the marketplace, unless the third-party provider offers their own refund policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team at billing@digitlify.com with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
